I combine breathwork, gentle movement, meditation, somatic body awareness and other trechniques to help you release what your body has been holding and feel safer and more at home in yourself. My approach is trauma‑informed, compassionate, and deeply practical—rooted in the understanding that, as The Body Keeps the Score describes, real healing happens when we include the body, mind, and spirit together.
